Chicken Stir Fry Recipe

Recipe: Quick & Easy Chicken Stir-fry

- 2 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 bell peppers (red and yellow)
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste



1. Using your chef's knife, slice the chicken breasts into thin, even strips about 1 to 2 inches long. Season the chicken strips with salt and pepper.

2. Clean the bell peppers, then using your chef's knife, cut them open lengthwise, remove the seeds and white parts, and slice each half into thin strips.

3. Peel the onion, cut it in half with your chef's knife, and then slice each half into thin half-moon shapes.

4. Peel the garlic cloves and use the chef's knife to mince them finely.

Cooking Instructions:

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for a minute.

2. Add the chicken strips and cook until they are fully cooked and no longer pink in the middle, about 5 to 7 minutes.

3. Add the vegetables to the skillet with the chicken, stir, and cook until the vegetables are tender-crisp, about 3 to 5 minutes.

4. Add the soy sauce, stir everything together to ensure the ingredients are evenly coated and cook for another two minutes.

5. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
